Choose your sign-in method
You'll see two options on the login screen:
Magic Link — Enter your email address and tap Send Magic Link. Check your inbox for a one-tap sign-in link. No password ever.
Google Sign-In — Tap Sign in with Google and choose your Google account. Instant and secure.
Bookmark WiseTouch™ for instant access
Once you're signed in, add WiseTouch™ to your browser's bookmarks bar or home screen. On a phone, tap the browser's Share button and choose Add to Home Screen — it'll behave just like an app icon.
Invitation only — WiseTouch™ does not have a public sign-up page. You must be invited by an administrator. Contact flexmystic.com to request access.
Understanding the layout
WiseTouch™ has a clean, three-part layout designed to be immediately understandable — even for first-time users.
Header Bar
Shows the WiseTouch™ logo and your live connection status (green dot = online, grey = offline). Tap the gear icon to access Settings.
Search Bar
Sits just below the header. Type any part of a tile's name for instant results — with fuzzy matching, even close spellings find the right tile. Tap 🎤 to search by voice.
Category Tabs
Up to seven customizable tabs organize your tiles into named groups. The active tab is highlighted with a gold underline. Tap any tab to filter the tile grid.
Tile Grid
Your shortcuts live here as large, tappable tiles. Each tile shows a color background, emoji icon, and name. Tap to open the link. Tap ✏️ to edit (when editing is unlocked).
Floating Add Button
A large + button floats in the bottom-right corner whenever editing is unlocked. Tap it to open the Add Tile form. It hides automatically when Lock Editing is on.
Add your first shortcut
Tiles are the core of WiseTouch™. Each tile is a one-tap shortcut to a website, phone number, map address, or any link you use regularly.
Tap the + tile in the grid
The "Add Tile" button is always visible in the grid as a dashed-border tile with a + sign. Tap it to open the Add Tile form.
Enter a name
Type a short, memorable label — like "Dr. Patel", "Chase Bank", or "Mom's Phone". Keep it under 20 characters for best display.
Enter the link, phone number, or address
Paste a website URL (https://...), type a phone number, or an address. WiseTouch™ will auto-detect the type and format it correctly — see Section 4.
Pick an emoji icon
Tap any emoji from the curated grid of 30 options. You can also type any emoji directly into the icon field — just paste it in. The selected emoji appears highlighted in gold.
Choose a tile color 🆕 New
Pick a background color for your tile from the color palette. Colors help you visually distinguish tiles at a glance — especially useful in a large grid. Choose "none" to keep the default neutral background.
Choose a category
Tap a category button to assign this tile to a tab. The category determines which tab the tile appears under. You can always change it later.
Save
Tap Save Tile. Your new tile appears instantly in the grid — no reload needed. It's also synced to the cloud automatically.
Just type — WiseTouch™ figures out the rest
You don't need to know how links work. When you enter something into the URL field, WiseTouch™ automatically converts it into the right kind of link.

Phone numbers — Enter them in any format: 713-555-0100, (713) 555-0100, or 7135550100. All formats are recognized automatically. On mobile, tapping the tile will prompt you to confirm the call before dialing.
Addresses — Type any street address and it becomes a maps shortcut. On iPhone it opens Apple Maps; on Android it opens Google Maps. The app detects your device automatically.
Organize with color-coded categories
WiseTouch™ gives you seven category tabs. Each has a default name and color, but you can rename every single one to match your life.
How to rename a category tab
Open Settings
Tap the ⚙️ gear icon in the top-right corner of the header bar to open the Settings panel.
Find "Category Labels"
Scroll to the Category Labels section. You'll see all seven tab names listed with editable text fields.
Type your new label and save
Clear the existing name and type your preferred label — like "Hobbies", "Business", or "Church". Tap Save Changes. The tab updates immediately everywhere.
Two layers of color — WiseTouch™ uses color in two ways. Category color gives each tab a distinct accent (Red = Emergency, Green = Family, etc.) so you can navigate by color without reading labels. Tile color is a per-tile background you set yourself — handy for making your most-used shortcuts pop out instantly in a crowded grid. Both layers work together.
Find any tile — even with a typo
The search bar filters your tile grid in real time as you type — no Enter key needed. And thanks to fuzzy matching, close enough is good enough.
Instant filtering
Type any part of a tile's name. The grid updates live with each keystroke — tiles that don't match fade out, matching tiles remain.
Fuzzy Matching NEW
Don't worry about exact spelling. Type "Doctr" and Doctor tiles still appear. Fuzzy matching catches near-misses so you never have to hunt through the grid manually.
Auto-clears on tab switch
When you tap a different category tab, the search field clears automatically so you always see the full category view.
Searches all categories
While on the All tab, search scans every tile across every category simultaneously — helpful when you can't remember where something is filed.
If your grid grows to 30+ tiles, the search bar becomes the fastest way to navigate. Fuzzy matching means you can type quickly without worrying about typos. For best results, give tiles short, distinct names — like always starting doctor names with "Dr." so typing "Dr" shows all of them at once.
Search bar visibility — The search bar can be toggled on or off in Settings under Show Search Bar. If you prefer a cleaner look without it, you can hide it entirely. You can still use voice commands (see Section 10) to search hands-free.
Keep your tiles up to date
Tiles are easy to edit or remove at any time. WiseTouch™ protects you from accidental changes with a Lock Editing mode.
Editing a tile
Make sure editing is unlocked
If you see a 🔒 lock icon in the header, editing is locked. Tap the lock to unlock it before you can make changes. This prevents accidental edits during normal use.
Tap the ✏️ pencil on a tile
When editing is unlocked, a small pencil icon appears on each tile. Tap it to open the Edit Tile form — pre-filled with all the tile's current details.
Update and save
Change the name, URL, icon, color, or category as needed. Tap Save Changes to apply. Changes sync to all your devices immediately.
Deleting a tile
Open the edit form for the tile
Follow steps 1–2 above to open the tile's Edit form.
Tap Delete Tile
A red Delete Tile button appears at the bottom of the edit form. Tap it — a confirmation dialog will appear asking you to confirm before deleting.
Deletion is permanent. Once a tile is deleted, it cannot be recovered — unless you have a backup file (see Section 9). WiseTouch™ always asks for confirmation before deleting any tile.
Personalize your experience
Open Settings by tapping the ⚙️ gear icon in the top-right of the header. Here you can control text size, contrast, editing lock, and category labels.
Text Size — 3 levels
Normal — default size for most users.
Large — increased tile labels, easier to read.
XL — maximum size, designed for low-vision users.
High Contrast Mode
Enables stronger color contrast throughout the app. Tile borders become more visible, text becomes brighter. Ideal for users with reduced vision or in bright sunlight.
Lock Editing
When enabled, the ✏️ edit icons and the floating + button are hidden. This prevents accidental taps from launching the edit form. Tap the lock icon in the header to toggle on/off.
Show Search Bar NEW
Toggle the search bar on or off. When off, the search bar is hidden for a cleaner look. Voice commands (Section 10) still work regardless of this setting.
Confirm Before Call
When enabled, tapping a phone tile shows a confirmation prompt ("Call Mom's Phone?") before actually dialing. Prevents accidental calls, especially helpful on touch screens.
Your data, always safe
WiseTouch™ automatically syncs your tiles to the cloud, but you can also export a complete backup file at any time — and restore from it on any device.
Creating a backup
Open Settings (⚙️)
Tap the gear icon in the header to open the Settings panel.
Scroll to "Backup & Restore"
This section is near the bottom of the Settings panel.
Tap "Export Backup"
A JSON file is downloaded to your device — containing all your tiles, category names, and display preferences. Save it somewhere safe: email it to yourself, save to iCloud/Google Drive, or keep it on your computer.
Restoring from a backup
Open Settings → Backup & Restore
Same location as before — in the Settings panel.
Tap "Import Backup" and choose your file
Select the JSON backup file from your device. WiseTouch™ will validate it and show you a preview of what will be restored.
Confirm the restore
A confirmation dialog shows how many tiles will be restored. Tap Restore to proceed. Your tiles are loaded instantly, overwriting the current set.
Restore replaces current tiles. Importing a backup will overwrite your existing tiles with the backup content. Always export a fresh backup before importing an old one, just in case.
Best practice: Export a backup once a month, or after adding a large batch of tiles. Send it to your email so you always have a copy safe in your inbox.
Launch any tile with your voice
WiseTouch™ includes a built-in Voice Launcher. Just tap the microphone icon, say a tile's name, and it opens instantly — no typing, no scrolling required.
How to use Voice Commands
Tap the 🎤 microphone icon
The microphone icon appears in the search bar at the top of the screen. Tap it once — the app will ask for microphone permission the first time you use it.
Say the tile's name
Speak the name of the tile clearly — for example, "Doctor Smith", "Mom's Phone", or "Chase Bank". You don't need to say it perfectly — the Voice Launcher uses the same fuzzy matching as the search bar, so close is good enough.
The tile opens automatically
WiseTouch™ finds the best match and launches it. If multiple tiles match, a short list appears for you to tap your choice. If no match is found, the spoken text is placed in the search bar so you can refine it manually.
Fuzzy voice matching
The voice recognizer works with fuzzy matching, so saying "Doctr Smith" or "Doctor Smyth" still finds the right tile. Minor mispronunciations and accents are handled gracefully.
Works with Lock Editing on
Voice commands launch tiles regardless of whether Lock Editing is enabled. Locking editing only prevents changes to your tile set — it never blocks the Voice Launcher.
Respects Confirm Before Call
If a voice-launched tile is a phone number and Confirm Before Call is on, the confirmation prompt still appears before dialing. No accidental calls — even by voice.
Browser permission required. The first time you tap the microphone, your browser will ask for permission to use your microphone. Tap Allow. If you accidentally tap Block, go to your browser's site settings and re-enable microphone access for WiseTouch™.
Best for hands-free use — Voice Commands are especially useful when your phone is across the room, your hands are busy, or you'd rather not squint at the screen. They also work great for users with limited dexterity who find typing on a touch screen difficult.
Designed for everyone
Accessibility is not an add-on in WiseTouch™ — it is the foundation. Every feature was tested with real seniors and users with limited dexterity or vision.
Large touch targets (minimum 100px)
Every tile is at least 100×100px — far larger than standard app buttons. Designed for users with limited dexterity, tremors, or arthritis.
Three text size modes
Normal, Large, and XL text sizes are available in Settings. The XL mode makes tile labels readable across the room on a tablet.
Voice Commands
Tap the microphone icon and speak any tile's name to launch it instantly. Fuzzy matching means you don't need to be word-perfect — ideal for users who find typing on a touch screen difficult.
High Contrast mode
Increases color contrast throughout the entire app for users with low vision or color deficiency.
Color-coded category navigation
Each category tab and its tiles carry a distinct color. Users can navigate purely by color — no reading required — once familiar with the layout.
Confirm before calling
A confirmation prompt before any phone call prevents accidental dialing. Especially important for users with touch-screen accuracy challenges.
Lock Editing mode
Locks the tile grid so everyday taps only open links — edit icons are hidden entirely. Perfect for caregiver-managed setups where the user should never accidentally modify tiles.
ARIA labels & screen reader support
Every button and tile carries a descriptive ARIA label, making WiseTouch™ fully compatible with VoiceOver (iOS) and TalkBack (Android).
Skeleton loading — no layout shift
When your tiles are loading, placeholder shapes are shown in exactly the right positions. The grid never jumps around, which prevents disorientation.
Online / Offline status indicator
A live indicator in the header bar shows green when connected and grey when offline. Users always know the connection state without guessing.
Get more out of WiseTouch™
These power-user tips help you get more organized, navigate faster, and make WiseTouch™ feel truly yours.
Add to Home Screen
On iPhone: tap the Share button → Add to Home Screen. On Android: tap ⋮ menu → Add to Home Screen. WiseTouch™ becomes a full-screen app icon.
Rename tabs to your life
Don't keep generic names. Rename "Services" to "Church", "Finance" to "Bills", or "Leisure" to "Grandkids". The app should speak your language.
Set up for a loved one
Add tiles for a senior family member, then enable Lock Editing so they can only tap and launch — not accidentally change anything. A caregiver can unlock when needed.
Use the All tab for discovery
The "All" tab shows every tile regardless of category. Use it combined with Search to quickly find anything without knowing which category it's in.
Use emoji as visual anchors
Choose distinctive emojis for frequently used tiles. A user who recognizes 💊 before reading "Pharmacy" gets there twice as fast. Think icon first, label second.
Backup monthly
Export a backup at the start of each month and email it to yourself. Your inbox becomes an archive of every version of your tile set — recoverable anytime.
Go hands-free with Voice
Tap the mic icon and say any tile's name to launch it instantly. Voice Commands use fuzzy matching, so you don't need to be word-perfect. Great for when your hands are busy.
Color your most-used tiles
Pick a bright background color for your 3–5 most important tiles. They'll pop out immediately in a crowded grid, no reading required. Reserve colors for tiles you reach for every day.
